MailMoo Secures €300K to Transform B2B Sales with AI-Powered Video Personalization

Helsinki-based MailMoo has raised €300k in pre-seed funding, led by Innovestor, alongside Monttu Ventures and 12 angel investors. The funding will accelerate the development of its AI-driven video personalisation platform, designed to revolutionize B2B sales outreach by making personalised communication scalable.

Founded in 2024 by Janus Joenpolvi (CEO), Veeti Roponen (CTO), and Miro Kymäläinen (COO), MailMoo tackles the challenge of standing out in crowded inboxes. Traditional cold outreach is often generic and ineffective, while personalized communication is time-consuming. MailMoo’s AI-powered automation enables businesses to record a single video, which is then personalised for thousands of prospects, integrating key details to make outreach more relevant and engaging.

The €300k investment will drive platform enhancements, introduce new integrations, and expand the engineering team. “Our goal is to make scalable personalised communication accessible to businesses of all sizes,” said CTO Veeti Roponen.

With its AI-driven personalisation model, MailMoo is set to reshape B2B sales engagement, helping companies improve response rates, streamline outreach, and enhance customer relationships at scale. Businesses looking to optimize sales communication should keep a close eye on MailMoo’s innovative approach.
